Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cultivation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our plants. This includes measuring and mixing pesticide and foliar applications, communicating with supervisors and leads, and executing pest/disease treatment schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and mix pesticide and foliar applications according to Cresco Labs policy
  • Communicate with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead, as well as other department supervisors and leads
  • Ensure plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health according to Cresco Labs policy
  • Execute pest/disease treatment schedules as outlined by the IPM Supervisor
  • Assist with data entry and track & trace
  • Fill out all IPM logs and reports as outlined by the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead
Requirements
  • Two years' experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption
  • Effective time-management, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work as a self-starter
  • Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended time periods
  • Ability to obtain and maintain State of Illinois Pesticide Applicator License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
  • Ability to read pesticide labels
  • Basic math comprehension
