Crawford Orthodontics is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant (RDA or OA) to support our clinical and administrative functions. In this role, you will work closely with our orthodontists to create beautiful smiles and improve our patients' oral health.

**Schedule**

• This is a full-time position
• Monday through Friday - No Saturdays
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Certified as a Registered Dental Assistant or have completed an Orthodontic Assistant (OA) program
• Previous experience in Orthodontics is required
• Upbeat personality a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Attention to Detail

****_Key Responsibilities_

• Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations, procedures, and adjustments
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Make impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for orthodontic appliances
• Other duties as assigned
