The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Freight Flow Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a direct role in executing brand standards and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in planning and executing daily assignments, game plans, and projects.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by observing interviews, conducting department tours, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Strategically leverage teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs are executed, and tasks are delegated effectively.
  • Assist with general supervision, including opening and closing the store, performing Front End and Cash Office functions, and processing firearms sales.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
  • Assist with training teammates on company procedures and programs, including onboarding new teammates and cross-training current teammates.
  • Lead by example to support the vision of the organization and store by helping teammates understand how their responsibilities align to the common purpose and organizational goals.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
