Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Waterford Mixology Coupes. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction within defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer orders, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve order issues.
  • Support and communicate with our finance department, accounts receivable, and sales teams.
  • Organize deliveries, execute transport with necessary documentation, and check availability of goods to be shipped.
  • Ensure customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding orders and logistics.
  • Responsible for maintaining our ERP system Master data.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of skill in alpha and numeric keyboarding, and strong data entry.
