Job Title: Community Director

Join FPI Management, Inc. as a Community Director and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills. As a Community Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, ensuring that all aspects of the property are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the property's staff, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Manage the property's budget and ensure that all financial goals are met.
  • Ensure that all residents are satisfied with their living experience and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and leasing, to ensure that the property is marketed effectively and that leasing goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
