About the Position

The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of Intuitive Machines' Phoenix office, ensuring a productive and efficient workplace environment. This individual will manage office services, coordinate administrative tasks, and act as a liaison between the Phoenix office and corporate headquarters in Houston.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations
    • Oversee daily office maintenance, supplies, and general organization of IM's Arizona office.
    • Coordinate with vendors for equipment, supplies, and facilities management.
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle shipping and receiving needs.
    • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
    • Maintain office supply inventory.
    • Maintain office files.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Talent Development and Culture
    • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they are integrated into the office environment.
    • Foster a positive office culture by partnering with Operations to organize team events and celebrations.
  • Space Planning and Safety
    • Coordinate office space planning and seating arrangements for a growing team.
    • Ensure the office complies with company policies and safety protocols.

This role requires a strong understanding of administrative operations and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a technology, scientific, or engineering environment.
