About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to join our team at Lithia Toyota. As a key member of our dealership's sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, processing and tracking customer interactions, and utilizing computer and phone skills to increase appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer databases for follow-up and retention
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, sales pricing, and dealership events and promotions
  • Schedule appointments with customers, utilizing computer and phone skills to increase sales and customer retention
Requirements
  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to manage one's own time effectively
  • Basic and phone computer skills
