Job Title: Music Industry Customer Support Representative

Are you passionate about music and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer support representative to join our team at Leading Edge Connections, LLC.

Job Summary:

  • Provide top-notch customer support to music fans via chat, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Utilize your knowledge of current music artists and trends to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and escalate high-risk customer situations.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and evaluate customer requests, prioritizing issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Accurately document all required information and chat details in our ticketing system.
  • Respond to and resolve open issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify trends related to systems, platforms, and customers, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Multi-task using multiple systems, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of call center or chat experience, with a strong background in customer support.
  • Technical experience, preferably with Zendesk, is a plus.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently.
  • Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a positive attitude.
  • Previous work-from-home experience is preferred.
