Regional Account Manager

Job Summary
Expedient is seeking a skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing a portfolio of current clients, leveraging business insights and IT technical skills to provide value that aligns with our clients' strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a continual selling effort with clients to enhance the value of Expedient's services and create demand for additional revenue.
- Retain, nurture, and grow the existing client sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Serve as a client advocate to ensure an optimal client experience by working with our Operations Support, Service Delivery, and Product Development teams.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver sales proposals and presentations while partnering with a dedicated Solutions Architect.
- Establish and foster key stakeholder relationships across a range of personas and functions within the client organization.
- Responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to deal close for existing clients.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Client Advisors to develop strategies to target and grow Expedient's overall account base in your region.
- Grow the sales pipeline of new business, forecasting future sales based on trends and observations and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements
- The proven ability to become a strategic advisor and thought leader for your clients is crucial to the success of this role.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT solutions-based selling.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual sales and retention goals through the strategic management of a portfolio of existing clients.
- Successful track record in a complex sales environment, IT or Technology is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in sales funnel development, deal progression, and closing.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to close with the ability to accurately forecast your business.
- Strong in-person and virtual networking skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline is highly desired.
