About the Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive customer relationships with business-to-business (B2B) clients.


Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve customer retention goals and follow up with consumers as required to close sales and meet/exceed revenue goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, and pricing and make recommendations to include core and innovative products.
  • Communication: Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are used and accurate information is communicated to customers.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's in Hospitality or related study preferred.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
