Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Vietnamese Telephone Interviewer to join our team at Headway Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting quality control evaluations with health plans across the country.
As a Bilingual Vietnamese Telephone Interviewer, your primary responsibility will be to call health plan call centers to evaluate healthcare compliance. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read and speak fluently in both Vietnamese and English.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to capture information quickly while conversing. They should also be proficient in using technology as part of their day-to-day tasks and have experience using computer-assisted interviewing software.
The position offers a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, paid training, and the opportunity to work from home. We provide IT equipment and resources, including a phone, headset, and system access. To be successful in this role, you will need to be available for the duration of the project and have a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also need to pass a background check and have a reliable laptop/computer for this role.
