Job Description

CODICE is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and effective manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience
