Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain target lists, developing client relationships and working with recruiters to fulfill open job orders.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings, to generate new job orders.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment, utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and notes.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience required.
- Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
