About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Municipal Account Sales Manager to join our team at Modern Disposal Services, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is committed to providing exceptional service to our municipal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with municipal clients, including solid waste and recycling services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at municipal clients, including directors, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to municipal clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that impact municipal waste and recycling services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the waste and recycling industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of municipal waste and recycling services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
