  • Manage seating charts and ensure that guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
