Job Overview:

• Support the management team in ensuring efficient operations of the designated sections in the Food and Beverage outlet.
• Focus on increasing profitability, maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and service, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
• Lead a team of servers and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Citizenship of Indonesia (WNI) due to work permit regulations.
• Fluency in English is a requirement.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in an international luxury hotel brand or renowned restaurant chain.
• Strong team player with initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
