Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and address their needs effectively.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Set and accomplish annual sales objectives. Identify and explore new business opportunities within designated accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee sales pipeline activities. Engage in the annual budgeting process and adapt sales strategies based on projected outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and IT teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of competitive products and marketing strategies to remain ahead of industry trends.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives to ensure objectives are achieved.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Account Management or Business Development, ideally with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Customer Service: Proven history of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to boost sales and foster client relationships.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Experience in product and/or concept development is advantageous.
