Citizens is seeking a skilled Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new relationships through leads and referrals, and develop a deep understanding of each client's financial goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular outreach to manage and deepen existing relationships, providing exceptional client service and creating remarkable experiences.
  • Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans, and strategize on how to present Citizens' solutions across banking, lending, and investments.
  • Introduce clients to relevant opportunities, such as financial planning, banking, lending, and investments, to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide regular, value-added engagement with clients, including face-to-face or virtual meetings, consistent communication, and access to financial education materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
  • Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
