Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our call-center team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, managing prescriptions from initiation to fulfillment. You will work across all queues and receive cross-training to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls.
  • Provide support with prescription receipt, review, and verification.
  • Prep and scan documents, verify patient data, and enter prescription orders into our pharmacy data system.
  • Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy teams to ensure patient and provider needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician in Florida.
  • Preferred: Nationally Certified - PTCB or NHA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with pharmacy processing systems.
  • Familiarity with prescription terminology.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
