Residential Property Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide prospective residents through our community, embodying our brand values and creating a positive experience.
  • Innovate renewal incentives and maintain open communication with residents during the renewal process, fostering trust and connections.
  • Regularly inspect the community to evaluate vacancies, common areas, and maintenance facilities, ensuring all units are move-in ready.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
  • Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and cash flow analyses for our clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Adapt pricing and renewal strategies based on market insights, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Serve as a mentor and advisor to leasing coordinators and agents, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and maintain a positive attitude, driving results and excellence in client service.
  • Foster teamwork and motivate colleagues towards common objectives, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Real estate license and relevant designations or certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions, driving business growth and excellence.
