Job Opportunity: Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Harmoniq Residential and Inland Family of Companies. As a key member of our community management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring resident satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and upholding our high standards of excellence.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide prospective residents through our community, embodying our brand values and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement innovative renewal incentives and maintain open communication with residents during the renewal process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Regularly inspect the community to evaluate vacancies, common areas, and maintenance facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure all units are move-in ready, meeting our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and cash flow analyses for our clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and adapt pricing and renewal strategies accordingly, ensuring our community remains competitive and attractive.
  • Provide guidance and support to leasing coordinators and agents, helping them to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and motivating colleagues towards common objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Real estate license and relevant designations or certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions, driving business growth and success.
