We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts in our N Fort Myers, Florida community.

  • As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting customers and residents in a professional and friendly manner, processing and closing homes in accordance with company business plans, and adhering to the company's selling philosophy when serving our customers.
  • You will also be responsible for providing timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing, maintaining records of all communication, and monitoring and recording daily customer traffic utilizing company designated tracking tools.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating sales agreements, running credit checks, and maintaining and regularly monitoring the company's internal inventory software program to ensure all available and sold homes in the community are accurate.
  • You will also be responsible for taking photographs and videos of homes for use in various marketing sources, attending regular rally meetings to review sales and marketing strategies, and maintaining open communications with all community and regional team members.
  • Other responsibilities include auditing all marketing materials, maintaining digital marketing sources, maintaining a list of current available homes daily, organizing and maintaining files, and ordering office supplies.
  • You will also be responsible for researching and implementing company sponsored activities, attending and participating in training programs and seminars as required, and delivering various communications to customers or residents as needed.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and team-centered environment, utilizing your strong customer service skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and math skills to achieve deadlines and goals.
