Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales associate who can provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
