About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roadway Designer/CAD Specialist to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our infrastructure design team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions for complex transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced technical methods and techniques to provide solutions and make recommendations on roadway design projects.
  • Ensure industry and HNTB standards of technical delivery are applied consistently and effectively across projects.
  • Collaborate with internal project team members and external client counterparts to provide technical solutions and achieve successful project delivery.
  • Develop and advise others in related subject matter, including technical presentations, reports, and analysis.
  • Interact regularly with clients at the staff level and perform technical reviews for other projects in the area of specialty.
Requirements
  • Associate of Science in Drafting or Technical School or related, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
  • ORD/3D modeling proficiency and TxDOT and/or ARDOT design and production expertise are preferred.
