Health Solutions Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Health Solutions Account Executive to lead our Government Contracting industry clients in developing and implementing effective benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FAR regulations, SCA compliance, and DCAA audits, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement benefits consulting and vendor management strategies for assigned clients
- Lead complex benefits consulting projects and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- 10+ years of experience in Health and Benefits, with 5+ years in Government Contracting
- Strong understanding of FAR regulations, SCA compliance, and DCAA audits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
