About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Vibrant Living Coordinator to join our team at Brightview Senior Living, LLC. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in creating a engaging and fulfilling experience for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that promotes resident engagement and fulfillment.
  • Participate in activities and events, including games, painting, singing, and music, to create a vibrant and inclusive community.
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and programs, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community events and activities that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
