- Financial Management: Assist the Executive Director in developing and managing the annual community budget, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, social work, or a related field).
- Experience: Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience in assisted living or long-term care, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications/Licenses: Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CNA, RN, or LPN) may be required based on state regulations.
