Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gallery Concierge. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, their families, and guests, while promoting a warm and welcoming community atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage residents, their families, and guests, providing personalized attention and support.
• Respond to special requests, such as light shopping, errands, mail retrieval, and event ticketing.
• Arrange and serve continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to residents and their guests.
• Promote community programs and events, ensuring residents are informed and engaged.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, including care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining.

Salary Range:

USD $20.25/Hr.

• Experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
