Territory Sales Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within a specified territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including clinicians, supply chain partners, and end-users
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive sales growth
  • Present product features and benefits to clients, utilizing proper sales techniques and supporting materials
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Service, to support sales efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical industry
  • Documented sales achievement and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel domestically and within the territory, including overnight stays
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $118,000 - $120,000 (includes targeted variable pay)
