About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Colorado region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, including distributors, architects, engineers, contractors, and property managers.
  • Provide technical and product support to customers, including presentations and demonstrations.
  • Participate in industry shows and events to promote Westcoat products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, including account management, opportunity tracking, and contact management.
  • Manage and adhere to the budget allocated for the sales territory, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Skilled in identifying and connecting with potential customers.
  • Expertise in creating compelling presentations and demonstrating product features.
  • Proven track record in converting leads into sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Competent in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
