Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

At Texas Pride Disposal Solutions LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, commercial, industrial, and recycling industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to promote our services and products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to anticipate and respond to changing market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the waste or service industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of the Houston market and its industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
