Regional Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market share expansion of JCB Products in assigned regions. The successful candidate will motivate and train dealer sales staff, ensuring a competent working knowledge of JCB products and effective implementation of product marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Motivate and train dealer sales staff to achieve sales targets and maximize market share growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and development.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to communicate promotional programs and ensure adequate inventory levels of primary JCB products.
- Support key dealer sales plans through visits with assigned JCB dealer locations and end-use customers.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with dealer personnel and JCB end-users in the assigned area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Two years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a related field.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to dealer locations and occasional work in a manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
