Job Title: Regional Business Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and train dealer sales staff to ensure a competent working knowledge of JCB products
  • Communicate promotional programs and assist in closing dealer retail transactions
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels of primary JCB products are kept and displayed at assigned dealer premises
  • Maximize the effectiveness and return from budgeted regional funds to grow retail sales
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the Company's assigned products, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Two years of sales or marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of dealer distribution network model and operations
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and sense of urgency for answers
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in both office and manufacturing/factory environments, subject to noise and temperature changes.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing.
