Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support to our clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, efficiently resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to minimize client downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network equipment.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and implement new solutions.
  • Mentor Level 1 technicians, promoting a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Accurately document all technical inquiries and solutions in our ticketing system promptly.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability, adhering to scheduled hours and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve support services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in technical support roles, specifically handling Level 2 and Level 3 queries.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking protocols.
    • Proficient with hardware troubleshooting.
    • Experience with IT service management platforms.
    • Understanding of firewall configurations and network security principles.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
    • Superior communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Dependability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
