Position Overview

Nuvem's Pharmacy Management Team is in search of a committed pharmacist to oversee pharmacy functions within a community health setting. The successful candidate will emphasize patient-centered care and collaborate with healthcare providers and patients alike. This role provides a unique chance to operate in a retail pharmacy atmosphere while striving to enhance patient health outcomes and overall satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive medication counseling to patients.
  • Lead pharmacy personnel and identify areas for knowledge enhancement.
  • Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and effective inventory management.
  • Remain informed about HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Guarantee adherence to legal obligations consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
  • Licensure in accordance with state laws.
  • Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent hand movements.
  • Proficient communication skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard workweek from Monday to Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts.
