Position Overview:
As a Pharmacy Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting Pharmacy Technicians with essential tasks related to medication management and logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Medication Delivery:
    Facilitate both Batch and Off Batch Production Run Deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of medication cassettes.
  2. Expiration Date Inspections:
    Conduct thorough inspections of medication expiration dates across various departments, including the Pharmacy Department and Nursing Units.
  3. Receiving and Replenishment:
    Manage the receipt of medications from suppliers and ensure proper replenishment of pharmacy storage areas, including Pyxis MedStation ES and surgical centers.
  4. Cleaning and Maintenance:
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of medication storage areas, including shelves, bins, and refrigerators.
  5. Retail Pharmacy Support:
    Assist with cashier duties, patient triage, and answering phone inquiries.

Qualifications:
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with the Windows operating system.


Preferred Experience:
High School diploma or GED, with at least one year of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
