Role Summary:
The Healthcare Program Manager will oversee and coordinate our healthcare initiatives, emphasizing audit practices and process optimization. This position will collaborate with various teams to ensure that programs adhere to all regulatory requirements, processes are streamlined, and audits are conducted effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee healthcare initiatives with a primary focus on process enhancement and auditing.
- Guarantee compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Perform regular audits to pinpoint improvement opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Formulate and execute strategies for process enhancement to boost efficiency, minimize costs, and improve patient care.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement program strategies successfully.
- Lead training sessions for staff on new processes, compliance standards, and audit results.
- Track program outcomes and prepare comprehensive reports for management assessment.
- Provide project management assistance for various initiatives, including timeline development, resource distribution, and risk assessment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare program management with a strong emphasis on auditing and process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and auditing standards.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
