We are seeking an experienced Avionic Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. This full-time position involves working in a manufacturing environment, assembling and testing avionic electrical-mechanical assemblies, handling and installing fiber-optics, and related hardware.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for ensuring lab equipment is calibrated and maintained, supporting preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems, and participating in process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, familiarity with avionic electrical-mechanical assemblies, and knowledge of fiber-optics installation and related hardware. A willingness to work all shifts (days, evenings, staggered shifts), overtime, and weekends as needed, along with flexibility in working/commuting between site locations, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety standards in the workplace
