Senior Avionic Systems Assembler

About the Job:

Belcan is looking for a highly skilled Senior Avionic Systems Assembler to join our team in Redmond, WA. This role involves working on complex projects, assembling and testing various components, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety protocols must be followed at all times, and as a Senior Avionic Systems Assembler, you will ensure that all safety requirements are met in designated zones and work locations.
  • You will work independently to assemble and test avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs with a focus on precision and accuracy.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining lab equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
  • Preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems will be supported by you.
  • You will identify equipment requirements, process improvements, and maintain floor stock inventory.
  • Deliverables must be met, and you will prioritize and execute your work independently.
  • Test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance will be executed by you.
  • Shipments will be received and coordinated with recipients using pallet jacks and kit carts.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience in aerospace, medical, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience in Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, and/or Harness Integration.
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices, as well as standard hand tools.
Estimated Salary:

$32 - $34 per hour.
