Job Title: System Support Representative

At HX5, we are seeking a highly skilled System Support Representative to join our team at Buckley Space Force Base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software configuration management, installing MPE upgrades, and defining procedures for loading new or updated mission planning data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain hardware and software configuration management and control of mission planning spectrum applications.
  • Install MPE upgrades and aid in disposition of equipment.
  • Analyze software, hardware, and system problems to provide problem identification, duplication, and testing, resolution, and tracking.
  • Set up, configure, and ensure proper functionality of MPEs in support of exercises, daily operational training missions, deployments, and real-world contingencies.
  • Travel to worldwide locations to establish operational mission planning systems in locations with little or no SSR support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or five (5) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Minimum of DoD8570 Level IAT Level II Certification within 6 months from date of hire.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency.
  • Ability to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Ability to travel, including air travel.
