About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Director, Social to lead our social and influencer-led campaigns across our client roster in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end social strategy and influencer campaigns, including strategy, creative development, editorial calendar management, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Lead daily efforts across main accounts related to sponsorships across sports and entertainment.
  • Manage a growing team across multiple clients, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Partner with sponsorship/consulting teams to guide social strategy and develop best practices, and production and creative teams to develop ideas through execution.
  • Achieve team revenue targets by organically growing existing client engagements, and leading new business opportunities and pitches.
  • Stay up-to-date with social trends, content formats, emerging platforms, and updates to ensure innovative campaign ideas.
  • Manage projects and create timelines based on priorities, and resource availability.
  • Manage budget, invoicing, and reconciliations.
