About the role:
Allara is looking for a creative thinker to assist in best-in-class social strategy, social marketing campaigns, and influencer management. This person will be responsible for audience and engagement growth across all owned channels. This includes the daily management of channel operations (copywriting, content planning & creation, and community management) along with assisting in daily influencer management. The ideal candidate is at the forefront of social trends, innovation, has a strong creative eye, and is able to help bring the Allara brand voice and mission to life through social media.
This role is based in New York City, with in-person work at least two times per week.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on a growth and engagement-driven social media strategy
- Help us grow and manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms
- Develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms
- Create and edit TikTok/Reels content
- Assist in copywriting and ideation of design and concepts
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Collaborate with Marketing Director to execute on social media calendar posting
- Monitor social media channels for trends and participate in conversations
- Community management across all social channels - interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Assist in the management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy
- Identify key influencers and manage outreach and relationship communications
