Home Care Receptionist Job Description

This position is a critical member of our team at Girling Personal Care, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The Home Care Receptionist will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a front office or reception role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
