Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our Managing Directors, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and enabling the team to focus on high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Managing Directors, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless logistics and timely expense reporting.
  • Organize visits for internal and external stakeholders, guaranteeing a warm welcome and smooth interactions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, reception duties, and general office maintenance.
  • Assist with onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Can-do attitude: A positive and proactive approach to challenges and tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills: Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proven experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or investment industry.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
