Job Summary

This role is a vital part of our team, providing exceptional support to clients and staff alike. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our front office as a Home Care Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a secure environment. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcoming clients and staff, and directing them to their destinations.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, as well as responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the team, including filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Maintaining a secure environment by following procedures and controlling access to sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate/ Bachelor's degree and 2 years of previous clerical and administrative experience.
  • Skills: Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities, computer proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills.
  • Environment: Moderate noise level similar to a typical office environment with computers, printers, and work activity.
