Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled District Leader to join our team, responsible for a portfolio of Center Directors and their teams. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, with a proven track record of driving quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. This is a multi-unit field leadership role, with a focus on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and acquisition.



Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and engage a high-performing team of Center Directors and teaching staff.
  • Drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.
  • Nurture customer relationships and drive business decisions that support the needs of children and families.
  • Lead a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and drive business decisions to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.
  • Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of driving financial results and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Leadership experience in a customer-focused environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Center Directors, teaching staff, and other stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a multi-unit field leadership role, with a focus on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of Center Directors and their teams, and will be expected to drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence across the district.



Compensation and Location

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with regular travel to other locations within the district.
