Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive team at Augusta National Golf Club.

About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating activities of the Business Affairs department, managing the Chief Commercial and Content Officer's calendar, creating documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining confidentiality of all Club business. You will also assist with contract administration, manage travel itineraries, and coordinate Tournament credentials.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities of the Business Affairs department
  • Manage the Chief Commercial and Content Officer's calendar
  • Create documents, including presentations and agendas
  • Schedule meetings and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with contract administration
  • Manage travel itineraries
  • Coordinate Tournament credentials

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years of administrative experience in an office environment, previous experience in contract administration or paralegal field, and a high school diploma or equivalent required. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, good time management skills, and proficiency in Windows based computer applications.
