Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support in our small private practice. This role involves a variety of tasks to drive company success, including planning and scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting onsite guests, and performing clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems
- Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and events as needed
- Perform other office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills
Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
