Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support in our small private practice. This role involves a variety of tasks to drive company success, including planning and scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting onsite guests, and performing clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and events as needed
  • Perform other office tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective organizational skills

Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
