Technical Support Specialist for Integrated Healthcare

Jewish Family and Children's Service (JFCS) is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our staff, ensuring seamless operation of our IT systems.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for IT Service Requests, troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist with logging and tracking reported issues, performing inventory and maintenance tasks related to agency hardware.
- Communicate effectively with clients, documenting incident tickets and keeping them informed of status updates.
- Collaborate with the helpdesk support team to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- A+ Certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task within tight deadlines.
- Prior work experience in a Helpdesk environment or similar setting.
