Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Reese Pharmaceutical Company. This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and protocols, as well as providing leadership and guidance to the quality team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
  • Lead and direct the quality team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, mathematics, engineering) required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (21 CFR) and good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Package
  • Annual salary: $70,000 - $85,000.
